Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is great in terms of being close to the train station (makes getting in and out very easy), and nearby the train station there are also a lot of shops (like supermarket) and restaurants. However, it's a little further away from the pebble beach, the promenade, and the major shopping area (which is near th

Situated in the centre of Nice and within a couple of minutes walk of the main railway station, the hotel had a pretty Mediterranean courtyard garden. The rooms overlooked the garden and hence the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The Promenade des Anglais is an easy 10 minute walk. Would stay there again.

I recently broke my arm and phoned the hotel to ask if we could have our room on the 1st floor. They were very obliging and upgraded our room without extra charge. -

The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. The small kitchen is more than adequate for preparing light snacks. Although we didn't use it there was also a dishwasher and microwave to use if required. Pool area is lovely and locatio

The big, beautiful, comfortable room. The kind, friendly staff. The hotel was in a good location - close to the restaurents, shops as well as the beach. We loved our stay. - Good location, within walking distance of the train station, the beach, the restaurants and the tourist attractions.

Location perfect in old town, near restaurants, bars, beach, Cathederal, 1 minute from cathederal/vieille ville airport bus 98 and tram stop. Perfect base.

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well.

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

very helpful front desk, great room, very lovely. Bellini Restaurant nearby was fantastic. Would never go to restaurant around corner from hotel which was recommended but poor food and service. Bellini's was superb. - Good location and the room is big

The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to help us witheverything. The front desk people were great the bellmen were great, thebar people and room service were all great. Beautiful building 15 minutes from the promenade and 10 minutes from the station, very helpful staff who could not speak English which helped improve my French no end. A really charming hotel - Good hotel location.

I brought my elderly mother to Villa Victoria for a short trip to Nice. It was very clean, modern, and quiet. The rooms and bathrooms we stayed in had plenty of space. The staff was helpful and my mother enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is very convenient as well. - The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and spoke brilliant English.
