The location is magnificent. The beds are very comfortable and enormous.
Every room has a sea view which is spectacular. Simply adored the
courtesy vaporetta that shuttles between the hotel and the old harbour
in Dubrovnik every hour.

The old town was easily reached in 10 minutes by bus route 6 or 3. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the hotel looked brand new. The hotel restaurant was good, we enjoyed the breakfasts and also enjoyed dinner there once.

We liked everything!!!! In fact we loved it all! First and foremost the
staff were exceptional! Especially Iris, Stipe and Kreso on Reception.
Nothing was any trouble to them. And going that extra mile seemed a
compulsory requirement! We stayed in one of the Suites over looking the

The hotel is extremely comfortable and the view from the room is stunning. The services are impeccable, and the beach and surroundings were lovely. Getting in and out of town was quick and easy. Up market !! - Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close toPile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel aftergetting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly -the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and wasvery helpful!

Great breakfast!, haven't seen the same selection and quality since Radisson Blu Resort in Split. Nice public areas. Nice staff everywhere. Reasonable prices in pool bar and hotel bar. Free use of sunbeds, parasolls, towels at nice stone beach at near by Hotel Valamar President. Air conditioned bus stops at the hotel every 10 minutes. -

Exceptionally good suite.
Location for getting into Dubrovnik excdellent; good public transport almost outside into Dubrovnik (10 minutes) which operated until 0200. Helpful friendly staff, good breakfasts, good evening bar and entertainment.
