Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again! All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure. The exercise room was adequate and there was a computer with free internet. The sauna and steam room had music and lounging chairs, afridge with free water; robes and slippers were provided. Lovely apartment, modern, comfortable and has everything you need. Cleaning every day, polite and friendly staff. Located right in the heart of Vienna, 3 min. walk to the opera, 1 min. walk to the subway. Nearby there are supermarkets, many cafes and restaurants. If you go back in Vienna, without a doubt stay here.

The service,the staff,the cleanliness.The atmosphere at the restorante was so good and the food so delicious.The music was perfect congratulations to the man! - What makes all looking exceptional for me is the “high level atmosphere” that is coming out from all that is surrounding you in the moment that you step in the lobby.

It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. This hotel really did the trick. Excellent location, as well!! Staff was wonderful - very accommodating. The airline lost our luggage and the staff were just as diligent in helping us find it. - We were provided with an early checkin at 9am, the room upgrade was highly appreciated, well informed and courteous staff, excellent room with Nespresso machines, Molton and Brown toiletories. The location is fabulous - walking distace to everything. I would definately stay at The Ring the next time I visit Vienna and have absolutely no hesitation in recomending it to others.
