I was impressed by his action to have barriers placed around the edges of the raised platform in the lobby. The location was perfect for our research in Insadong. I ordered room service - I appreciated the luxury appartment which I already knew, as well as the very central and convenient location. The kitchen is well equipped, so it's really possible to cook (especially breakfast, as coffee and pastries are very expensive in the whole area) So with a family, you can save money easily on this post. The rooms were spotless, with crisp, white bedding and the bathrooms were pristine. We chose the "breakfast included" option and were glad for it. The restaurant has a lovely, varied buffet and good brewed coffee (...with real cream! Try finding that, even in a coffee shop in Korea!) the hotel is about a five minute walk to the nearest metro.

They gave us maps of the city and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service. Amongst the best services I ever had.
